- Anthony J. Bolognese
- Anthony J. Bolognese is the founding principal of Bolognese & Associates, LLC. Mr. Bolognese is a
graduate of St. Joseph's University (B.A. 1979) and Temple University School of Law (J.D. 1982), where he served
on the Editorial Board of the Temple Law Review. Mr. Bolognese served as law clerk for the Honorable
Raymond J. Broderick of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and for the
Honorable Francis L. Van Dusen of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Mr. Bolognese is a
member of the American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, and of the American Bar Association's
Antitrust and Litigation Sections. Mr. Bolognese is a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania,
and has been admitted pro hac vice in federal courts nationally.
- Mr. Bolognese has had extensive experience as counsel in complex commercial litigation in state
and federal courts throughout the nation, with a particular concentration and emphasis in individual and class
action litigation under the state and federal antitrust laws. Mr. Bolognese has also represented plaintiffs and
defendants in other commercial litigation.
- Joshua H. Grabar
- Joshua H. Grabar is associated with Bolognese & Associates, LLC. Mr. Grabar is a graduate of the
University of Pennsylvania (B.A. 1995) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 1998), where he served as
an Associate Editor of the Villanova Law Review. Mr. Grabar authored the publication "Antol v. Esposto:
The Third Circuit Expands Preemption Under The Labor Management Relations Act," 42 Vill. L. Rev. 1995 (1997).
Mr. Grabar was admitted to both the Pennsylvania and New Jersey bars in 1998. Mr. Grabar is a member of the
American, Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations. Mr. Grabar concentrates his practice area primarily in
antitrust and other complex commercial litigation.
- Jonathan M. Stemerman
- Jonathan M. Stemerman is associated with Bolognese & Associates, LLC. Mr. Stemerman is a graduate
of Colgate University (B.A. 2000) and Villanova University School of Law (J.D. 2003, cum laude), where he served
as a Managing Editor of the Villanova Law Review. Mr. Stemerman authored the publication, "Unclearly Establishing
Qualified Immunity: What Sources Of Authority May Be Used To Determine Whether The Law is 'Clearly Established'
In the Third Circuit," 47 Vill. L. Rev. 1221 (2002). Mr. Stemerman served as a law clerk for the Honorable Randy J. Holland
of the Delaware Supreme Court. Mr. Stemerman is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and Delaware. Mr. Stemerman
concentrates his practice area in complex commercial litigation, including antitrust, corporate and business tort litigation.
