THE ATTORNEYS: John G. Narkin John G. Narkin is special counsel to Bolognese & Associates, LLC. Mr. Narkin is a graduate of New York University (B.A. 1977) and Rutgers University School of Law (J.D. 1980). Mr. Narkin served as legal intern to the late Honorable A. Leon Higginbotham, Jr., former Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He is a member of the Bar in Pennsylvania, New York and New Jersey and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and other federal courts. Mr. Narkin has substantial experience in the prosecution and defense of state and federal complex commercial litigation, particularly actions arising under the federal antitrust and securities laws. Mr. Narkin has also represented publicly held financial institutions in the preparation and filing of registration statements, prospectuses and other reports required by the United States Securities and Exchange Commission.
