Ill.), pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois, is an antitrust action alleging that the world’s principle manufacturers of products derived from raw steel including sheet steel and coil products colluded to fix prices at artificially inflated levels, primarily through supply restrictions accomplished through coordinated shutdowns of plants.


In re Verizon Wireless Data Charges Litigation
, Master File No. 10-cv-1749 (D.N.J.), pending in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. We serve as Interim Class Counsel and a member of the Class Counsel Advisory Committee in a consumer class action on behalf of Verizon Wireless customers alleging that Verizon Wireless violated the Federal Communications Act and consumer protection laws by engaging in illegal and improper billing practices with respect to $1.99/mb data charges.

In re Online DVD Rental Antitrust Litigation, Master File No. 09-cv-2029 (N.D. Cal.), pending in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California, is an antitrust action brought on behalf of consumers and entities that paid a subscription fee to Netflix to rent DVDs alleging that Netflix and Wal-Mart entered into an illegal anticompetitive agreement to divide the markets for sales of online rentals of DVDs in the United States, with the purpose and effect of monopolizing and unreasonably restraining trade in the market for online DVD rentals.
